At IPS we understand that as our customer, the most important time you will need our assistance is if an event occurs that results in you needing to lodge a claim. Often the event will be very stressful, so more than ever it is now that need our help, support and guidance.
It is our role to assist you from notification of claim event to claim finalisation.
To get a claim commenced it is as simple as picking up the phone and calling us to notify us of what has occurred. It is beneficial if you have as much information as possible available when you call, but if you are unsure of what you require, we will guide you.
